Geoff Hoolahan Posted September 27, 2016 Share Posted September 27, 2016 Having read the article by Dave Phipps in the BMFA News regarding EASA Prototype Rules for Unmanned Aircraft, and the impact of this possible legislation, I can't help thinking that it's so incongruous to get a promo from Hobby King announcing their Quanum Follow Me Drone.
