TIM Shaw
Does anyone know what this might be? Originally built by a clubmate some 28 yrs ago it was promised to me as "a completed Curare Fuz".... Yeah. Right. My first thought was a DSM Joker or maybe Dalotel, but Steve is adamant it was a plan which he abandoned when he went away to university. But I can't remember anything that has elevators that tapered like these do...

TIM Shaw
Hi Tom Not familiar with Mick Reeves International. I am aware of the International that Mike Birch developed from his Capricorn, and I believe Mick Reeves used to kit the Capricorn, While the tail group is similar, the fuz isn't, to my eye. The thing I have has a Joker style cockpit canopy, Capricorn was more traditional, Curare "fish" shaped, but thanks for looking!

TIM Shaw
Hi Percy Thanks for you insight. I took up R/C in 1986, so a bit late for the Capricorn and International. I am familiar with the Crescent Bullet - which I believe was effectively a scaled down Tornado, and again, rather different in the canopy area to this. (I had an original Bullet in the early 90s, at a guess, and I still have a NIB original kit in the garage...) However, I am intrigued by your mention of the Pegasus 111. Steve (the original builder) did ask me if there was design called the Pegasus something or other back then, and up to now, i was not aware of it. I feel a search coming on.... Cheers Tim
TIM Shaw
Right on Percy. Prompted by your insight, Steve has been doing some searching of his own and confirms it was built from a Traplet plan, and is actually a Pegasus
