Daniel Attree
Hi All, please can any of you tell me the make and manufacturer of this glider, it was a gift but has no instruction, i am a mech engineer but if i can id the model i may find some PDF instructions which would be helpful Thanks Danny www.modelmasteruk.com
Gary Binnie
Looks like the JP Greensleeves/Maxford USA Greensleeves or BMI Valbella but they are electric and this glider looks like it has a T tail. Looks Chinese, possibly made in the same factory. Cheers Gary
Daniel Attree
Thanks Gary, it is all electric but no motor in the nose, just a pure glider. Danny
Gary Binnie
No worries, I meant electric motor launch by electric. There is another BMI glider with a T tail, Cortina 2200 but that is also electric launch and looks like it doesn't have ailerons. It might forever remain a mystery! Martyn K
That looks lovely. Where do people find these things? It shouldn't be too difficult to work out where everything goes if you cant find instructions. Post a build blog for us to follow please

Daniel Attree
it is a plastic fuselage with 3 servos, 2 for wings and one for the horizontal stab/Aileron, on the underside of the Aileron there is a small bracket yet to be positioned, control cable runs the length of the fuselage exiting the top of the T Tail under the Aileron. Daniel Attree
All new to me, it was a gift, I believe its about 9 years old
Gary Binnie
Not sure but it seems to me that there is a third wing panel missing, a centre section. The span is not enough for a thermal type model.
Daniel Attree
Wings join together with a carbon rod.Dan
Martin Whybrow
The wings look very much like the Greensleve wings; the Greensleeve has a conventional (low horizontal stabiliser) tailplane; the wingspan is 2m and is electric powered with a motor in the nose. The wings are 2 pieces, joined with a steel bar; the wings mount via 2 dowels at the front and 2 M6 nylon bolts at the rear. The Cortina has the same fuselage, but has an all moving T tail, 3 part wings with no aeilerons and a span of 2.2m. I have both plus two more unidentified models with the same fuselage! I also have the instructions for the Greensleve. Edited By Martin Whybrow on 25/10/2017 21:01:
Daniel Attree
It's most definitely a T tail, any instructions you have would 've good as there is bound to be great commonality of parts, main wing is two piece and looks to secure the same, definitely two small bolts and joining rod.Can you copy any instructions and email me? Daniel Attree
Hi Guys, i have managed to get it all assembled and function tested but i have a question, i initially had each wingtip aileron moving the opposite direction as i supposed this is how the the glider would turn in flight, ie when control flicked left one aileron goes up and the other goes down, is this correct?? The is no rudder on the vertical tail just the normal t tail with one long flap. Should the wing ailerons move up and down in unison or independently as i have them now? Thanks Danny
