Crankcase breather tip.

Recommended Posts

If, like me, you love the sound of 4 strokes, you will be aware of the problem of connecting the crankcase breather through the underside of the cowl. It's a pain having the tubing connected to the nipple on the donk then trying to mate it with the 1/8" tube fixed to the floor of the cowl.

I find that K&S #1146 tube has an internal diameter of 1/8"and when fixed in position in the floor of the engine bay will accept a piece of 1/8" brass tube connected by fuel tube to the crankcase. Slides in and slides out; no more fiddling.
