They rang me to say the price had gone up from the manufacture but could we split the difference. In these hard times I offered to pay the full today's price. He wouldn't have it and insisted on splitting the difference. They have definitely won a new customer. Really friendly and apologetic. The way he handled it was exactly right. Even if he had phoned to say he could not so anything on price his tone and friendliness came across. You don't see good customer service from the big faceless Hobbykings so nice when you get it.
