What's "Pivot Point" on full size?

The above diagram is fine but I think you will find that the "pivot point" actually refers to the point about which the aircraft turns at full lock on the ground. Your diagram looks like one from a Cessna manual which gives the minimum turning radius from the pivot point to the outer wing tip. Its has nothing to do with the CoG.

Here is a link to a pdf of Chapter 1 of a Cessna 172 manual. Its a bit dog eared but explains the pivot point.
