James Hindle Posted November 30, 2008 Share Posted November 30, 2008 I cannot understnad companies like Spring Air, especially as the Americans are supposedly the best at customer service. When I ordered mine I had to wait a couple of weeks and then after several e-mails some said they would be shipped on xx date and they were, I got the feeling it was a bloke and his wife type company who make everything to order.
