Steamup Posted July 27, 2023 Share Posted July 27, 2023 I picked up this model some time back long before I was able to fly her well tonight was the night . Jumping in between the showers I headed up to the flying field to give her a go. The model tipped over on the first attempt due to too quick a release of the elevator. The second attempt was much better up up and away a few clicks of up and a couple of right and she was all good. Then a strange sound started to come from the plane time to cut the flight short and bring her in. I'll give myself a 7/10 for the landing. Examination of the model revealed that some of the nose weight had come loose and was rubbing against the spinner an easy fix and she will be ready to try again. 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
