Boddington/ TVM Raider

A few years ago Ton kindly sent me the detail to build a raider which was a update of an old Boddo design. The Raider was fantastic to fly but I damaged it a while ago due to brain failure! I needed to test some second hand receivers I had purchased so I decided to fix the raider as it was not badly damaged. I had a number of flights with it on the weekend and it never fails to impress me with just how well it flies. I saw the topic regarding the use of balsa in airframes and this one sure shows how cheaply and quickly it can be built and sure will impress when flown. The original build article also had plenty of detail on how to make a bow and controller to cut the foam wing. The raider can be flown fast or slow and is very stable for what it is.
