Tim Mackey Posted May 5, 2009 Author Share Posted May 5, 2009 Hi guys...unfortunately, as we all know, the forecasting is less than accurate in many cases - last night XC had it down as S Westerly at around 15MPH sea level, and dry with a few sunny spells after midday - would have been luvverley..... I think we just keep an eye on things over the next few days, and hope that it improves from this morning predictions of rain showers. As you know, I cabn get up there pretty much whenever I want, so will happily fit in with any changes you may want to make - and of course, the expedition leader should call me in the morning on day of departure for actiual on the spot reporting Easy glider V Jart eh Alex.... hmm. I am sorely tempted to cobble a rough and ready fix on her before Friday - CW tape and white solartrim etc.... it aint gonna be pretty, but may at least allow a flight or two, and then do a proper job the following week.
