DON WILSON Posted March 7, 2009 Share Posted March 7, 2009 hi mate, yes got the wife one good little heli. does not seem to mind 5 mph breeze, low power til 3/4 throttle but then those bigger motors realy do go, climb out is good if you 'hit it' . tried to covert to 2.4 but the 3 in 1 would not have any of it, good for all control exept rudder then it would spin iether way with only gradual input,someone on another forum tried it with dx6i also and had to put 'full' expo on the rudder!!!! but good bird in 35 as it comes, blades are same material as stock lama2 v3. cabin fix is rubish - they use fuel pipe on the end of carbon rods which are not long enough anyway - coke bottle fuz. but I like it, ordered the MD500 to see what differenc there is between them £40 difference in price. think the md 500 may be a good candidate for brushless and decent elecs but fly's well in our small yard and can hover nicly indoors when wet regards don Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
