Terence Lynock Posted April 2, 2009 Share Posted April 2, 2009 Recently came across a discussion in another list re River Severn aircraft wrecks and learned that in the area of Lydney / Sharpness are a nuymber of aircraft including a Whirlwind a Botha and an early Mk1 Blenheim. The paper cutting below explains about the Blenheim; The date of this was Feb 18th 1975 and although there have been a number of mutterings among aircraft recovery groups regarding these aircraft nothing as far as I know has ever been done to salvage them, anybody have any up-to-date info on these or others in the area?, best regards, Terry Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
