Chris Perkins Posted November 10, 2009 Share Posted November 10, 2009 HI, Ive recently bort an eflight mini edge 540 for a little thing to play which with out too much effort and as it was second hand so it didnt cost too much. but when it came to checking the motor upon getting to about half throttel the prop began to vibrate violently, could this because that the prop is not balenced. Posted November 10, 2009 Share Posted November 10, 2009 hello chris-prob one of two thing's-the prop is in desperate need of balancing or the spinner is the same......also is it not that the spinner is off centre or the shaft of the motor is bent(that's four thing's... ..) try running the motor with no prop on..if it's the shaft bent you will see it/feel it----put on the prop c/w no spinner do the same again..until you determine what it is...if still no luck-try a different prop and prop adaptor....... hope this help's ken anderson..................
