  1. Standard servos are, I believe, Tactic TSX5's.
  2. Hi Chris, looks good  Its the opposite in Europe no ARF kits anywhere. I've ordered the ARF as I want to fit my own servos etc. I'll post up when it arrives.   Edited By Bugbear on 15/02/2015 19:40:02

  5. I've had an ARF version of these on order from Aerobertics in Belgium since the 27th of January and the latest news is delivery early next week. Anyone on here got one ?
  6. Welcome to the world of modern cars. A bit of a side-track but in France we have to carry spare bulbs to replace, if stopped by the Gendarmes, at the roadside. If you state that you don't know how to do it they are obliged to assist you In reality, of course, after taking a look, it will probably end up with a "get it fixed at the next garage"
  7. The good thing is that these files can be organised into categories that the individual actually uses thus avoiding having to trawl through the lot when setting up a new model. Nice one Spektrum
  8. Updated voice files list from latest software update. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1967153&page=1641 Halfway down the page. A lot of work for the author and much appreciated.
  9. Does anyone have, or know of, a complete printable list of the voice files ? Or should I sit down with a pencil and paper and create one
  10. Ooops. Just re-read your post and the SOUND file is indeed 1,07

  12. Take a steel washer and a scalpel. Move the settee and push the washer hard onto the carpet and cut around the washer. Do the same around the paint spot and swap the 'plugs' around. Replace the settee. Say nothing.

  15. Not sure if these are common knowledge but they are brilliant for smaller models where battery space is at a premium. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__65440__XT30_Power_Connectors_for_30A_Continuous_Applications_5_Pairs_.html

  17. Posted by ben goodfellow 1 on 18/01/2015 09:42:36: i really want to know what was wrong with my 18qq ,like what has been said before i dont want it dissmissed. .ive told a few people outside of modelling and they said it seems strange for a company to offer a new tx when they are saying there is nothing wrong with my one... Do you not think that given the problems you have had and the previous comments made on here (which I'm sure someone at HH will have read) that they are simply offering you an amazing deal in a real attempt to placate a disgruntled customer. Gary.

Posted by bert baker on 04/01/2015 14:46:45: Posted by Chris Bott - Moderator on 04/01/2015 14:40:59: Ben, I don't think this will answer anything, but when I used to use Spektrum, some models would deflect surfaces at the moment of Rx switch on. They would then settle at neutral when the Tx and Rx were speaking to each other properly. If you switch on your Tx, then your Rx, does the elevator blip down and then back to neutral? Once everything has been set up you need to rebind to stop the above happening Stops the retracts collapsing when switching on the model   A big thanks Bert. As someone with limited experience of RC I didn't know that and my new Roc-Hobby V-tail sent the flaps into full-down mode when I connected the RX and then return to normal. After completing my set-up I have now re-binded my model (re-bound ?) and it doesn't do it anymore. We never stop learning do we.     Edited By Bugbear on 16/01/2015 08:36:38
