The tailplane is held on with rubber bands and is kept in alignment with 3/16" dowels. This called for pretty accurate cutting and drilling. The only deviation from the plan for the fin and tailplane was to fit some extra 3/16" X 3/8" strip at the hinge points. Another view of the fuselage at the engine end. Two cheeks and the engine mounting plate still to be completed. This photo shows the method for the undercarriage mounting. I haven't made up my mind wether to follow this method. The link from Gonzo is the seller who does the laser rib sets, and very good they are too.

Having seen a Radio Princess flying at my club I decided I wanted one for myself. A plan was downloaded from Outerzone and printed full size. A set of laser cut ribs was purchased to save a little time and building commenced. The model flying at our club used an O.S 0.15 and it seemed perfect for the Princess. As I have three 0.15's to choose from, 2 SC's and an Enya. I have decided to use the Enya as it was around when the Princess plan was first drawn up. First wing panel laid down. Second wing panel under construction. Wing and tail feathers completed, basic fuselage started.

Hi Mike, I am currently using your 2.0.16 with Maintenance mode and I am quite happy with it. I have no need to 'upgrade' to 2.1x and was hoping you would find the time to do the same with 2.0.18 when it is released. Alex. Edited By Alex Calderhead on 24/08/2015 15:32:10

On my Jiant Jabberwock I replaced the aluminium strap with a steel one and used a 4mm captive nut in the wing. The wing now being held with a 4mm cap screw and large washer.

I use Phil's propo and SC encoders, they are brilliant. I was just wondering if the Taranis could do it in software using two servos instead of the Rand escapement. It's beyong my Taranis programming skills. -

Any chance we could have a Galloping Ghost emulator using two servos? That would be something! -
This is my Graduator, still flying today with an HP 40 and Skyleader Radio.

Super 60 build, Big Bandit

Hi David I have tried local vinyl cutters but they seemed to be geared towards vehicles and such like and are quite heavy. I will have a look at Modelmarkings. -
