  1. hello phil--have you thought about/considered the (foam) multiplex mentor------high wing, and this should fit the bill re:- size-electric power etc.                                           ken anderson.
  2. hello richard---my method-- connect together any of the wires till the motor goes the correct way and bingo you've done it--i mark them with tippex--should i need to take them apart and put them together again--never had any prob's with any esc's all the years(4) i've been using brushless motors using this basic method.                              ken anderson.
  3. good on you john--probably cheaper to cover in £10.00 notes--look foward to see'ing your pic's.                        ken anderson.
  4. RIP-my acrowot few weeks ago--4 years old-os91 4stroke-loved it to bit's until i got the old low sun inverted-kapow- goodbye old pal.   was thinking of buying a new one--had all the wots--good dependable everyday models--only thing nowdays is the price+building+covering+sourcing all the gear to finish/get in the air--strong case to argue for's/against's buying artf--if i buy kit i'm going to keep running total how much final cost-i estimate£170.00 final total.                                            ken anderson.

  8. hello robert--give brc hobbies a ring--you'll probably get all you need to convert your easy glider for aprox £60.00---brushless motor - simple controller and a lipo-don't go overboard on what you purchase--you won't need ballistic performance out of your glider.                            ken anderson.
  9. hello nick,  iv'e been using a 13*6 on my os 91's for10--15 years--try one you'll be impressed--i used to use 14*6 and 15*6--until i seen a ultimate biplane performing with the same engine(91) but using a 13*6.          ken anderson.

  11. how old before wot's are classed as vintage?
  12. 10 planes and 4 foodmixers(heli's)--unfortunately lost one of the squadron 3 weeks ago due to low sun and dis-orintation---took out the radio gear and engine(os 91 four stroke) set fire to the wreckage--waiting till after the hol's to replace her with another--while on i think now'er days with the artf models it's hardly worth sourcing the materials to build offa plan etc--not to long ago in the past i was into 35mm photography--still am but with digi stuff-take pic-manipulate on pc -print out-yabba dabba doo-go back to film (no-way)now considering i started out with model air craft in the 1960's--it's like comparing the wright bro's to star war's--point being the new modellers to our wonderfull hobby aren't willing to spend hours/weeks/months whittling away with wood etc--they want buy today-fly tommorow---right or wrong who knows???       thanks for looking in ken anderson.
  13. hello stephen you've allready had loads of words of wisdom-i learnt to fly radio models in 1988-89 and after my second model the flair magnatilla-i built a junior 60 for the summer evenings in 1991-i still have it complete with it's second engine--the only trouble with going onto a jnr 60 at the stage you are now at is-you will be totally comfortable with one (but)when you move onto something faster and more responsive you won't know whats hit you--liken a milk float to a sports car--buy/build -- one but master the basics first and step back to a jnr 60.magnatilla will give you loads of confidence--good luck.                                                                                                                       ken.
