  3. Hi all, Some years ago I bought a Raptor 30, work went mad and it went up to the loft never to be seen again until now. My question is what do I need to do to get it going/useable again? Steve

And let's face it, if you need a bit more time we not exactly going to send the police round and forcibly drag you away from the building board   Iamgine it, it would be like an exam - only instead of "Put down yours pens" etc. it would "Right, time's up, stop covering now and put down your irons, make sure you have your name of each peice of WebBit"   BEB Cool I will get one ordered.
  5. Hercules for me (i say that every year though)

  7. Hi all, I have a Raptor 30 in the Garage it has been gathering dust for a couple of years, I was hoping to dust it down and learn to fly it but alas my local club has no whirly bird fliers. So i was contemplating selling it any body have a ball park figure of what it might be worth? I realise to a point it relies on what radio gear, gyro, engine it has in it etc but wanted to get an idea before I decide to sell or consign it back to the garage for the time being.  Thanks
  8. Thankyou David I have that special edition and failed to notice the little box that tells me what electric setup I would need.
  9. Did they do it as I.C. or electric?   I might be tempted to venture into the world of wiggly amps while I'm at it.
  10. Hi all,   I was going to buy myself an ARTF trainer to get back into the hobby but I really want to build something, as I like to build possibly more than I like to fly. But I want to build one of Tony's 72" lancs but wanted something a little easier to get me back into buiding.   Has any one built one, any tips? I confess I am going to get the cnc kit .
  11. I spoke to a guy from my local club today, it will be flat for gliding not many slopers. So it will be an easy glider, for the flat and one of the epp suggestion for jaunts to the caravan
  12. Just curiosity but what do all the different kinds of competition flying mean? As in F3F F3J etcwhat's the differences
  13. Posted by Matthew Lloyd on 23/02/2010 21:56:52: Buy it. Build it. Chuck it.   Walk to fetch it.   Chuck it again.   Repeat until the penny drops The Wildthing won't mind whilst you learn - it'll keep coming back for more.  Is that direct from the imstructions or your own guide lol
