  1. Hi Chris, An impressive kit of parts, and all coming together making a very nice build of it. I'm sure your posts will help many of those new to to gyros, and to some of us which aren't so new Cheers mate.
  2. Brian, Would like to help but where Gyros are concerned I class myself as a rookie, my advice is PM Rich with your question
  3. Rich, One will be heading your way tomorrow for evaluation Regards Terry
  4. Yes but I will wait until after the new year before getting down to the job in earnest . When building the Atom I sent Rich a drawing of slightly different shaped flex plate which Rich put on that build blog as a PDF. My reasoning for the reshape was because the required shim had only a minute area in contact with the flex plate I contact Malcolm of "Coolwind Models" and over a cup of tea he kindly obliged to cut my reshaped Cruiser plate In receiving my plates I made contact with Rich to see if would mind me adding. the picture to this blog. I got the thumbs up. I thought my design is not a MUST but a second option The new shaped plate will be available from  Malcolm of  Coolwind Models. Terry .   . 6. Brian, As I was lucky enough to have a set of 450 mm x 60 mm given me by an old friend they looked to me like AJ Blades, sure enough in checking their site, they do that very size as replacements for the 'Humpback & Scout. cost £20., So if you do not feel like making a set AJ is the answer Bert, This is the section, Do not round the LE '
