dc3- air retracts information
martin hawes replied to martin hawes's topic in Building from Traditional Kits and Plans
Dear Ray, i have contact troy models to see if there smaller retracts will fit in tony dc3, still awaiting responce. If and when you get around to making your own, let us know now your getting on. i have considered electric instead, but unsure if this will increase my options of available kit to be used. i am still trying to source the correct type for weight and design for tony's DC3. Pick a Plane 2011

For a complete challenge based on size alone: 1 . Russian ANTONOV 225 - super heavy cargo jet with six engines - large enough to carry a space shuttle on its back. 2. Airbus A600ST Beluga - designed as a flying truck, carge being loaded through a lift up door at the front (carge door lifts up from the nose section) while the crew flight deck slots in underneath 3. Canadair - CL415 - The worlds only firefighting plane that is amphibious. Edited By martin hawes on 04/12/2010 17:35:01 Edited By martin hawes on 04/12/2010 17:39:48 -
