On my little mis honky tonk another of peters designs i have made the hole in the balsa part above the ply plate just a little bigger for a 1/16 of on inch down and used a rubber o ring over the bolt threads and so far no trouble with the bolt falling out.

thanks for the info from what i remember that ties up at approx 3/8" up and down on both elevators and ailerons if set as per plan then movements are set by how phil kraft placed his servos and positions on the arms and control horns

i remember flying one of these in the early 70's what control surface movements are you using as i cannot rember and am thinking of building another one using an asp 21 as my old one had an os19 which is long gone had a lot of fun with it

in years gone by the b test was taken by one examiner so was i think easier than today as it now requires 2 examiners thus they have to decide between themselves if you have passed or not so i do think pilots who passed their b test prior to having 2 examiners should retake their b test under the new rules of the scheme

have spoken to puffin models after reading through the build blog only to be told that i have to deal with rob direct at rbc kits thus this makes the cockpit and cowl parts very expensive unless you know of another supplier that could help?
