  1. I had the same problem, It sounds like "Comatibility view" (CV), if its ie9 you will see an icon on the address bar that looks like a torn page, just click it once with left mouse button and all will/should be well, if earlier than ie9 you still have CV but I'm not sure where it's at so google it, hope this helps and I don't end up looking totally stupid for giving duff gen.
  2. I just got my MX2 and am in the process of upgrading the u/c mounting, being an aircraft structures tech I have a wide choice of aircraft grade ally to choose from, if I can work out how to post pics I will try to do so. Decals, P.I.T.A. fitting them, took ages then sealed all edges with polyurethane clear varnish, it looks like it worked OK but time will tell, had no adverse effect on the foam.
  3. Looks good, how well did it fly? Have you seen the real one at RAF Cosford Museum, never realised how large they were.
  4. Is your aircraft a foamy with painted fuse and wings? I ask because I know from experience that sticky velcro can pull the paint off easily, for safety I always attach a thin lanyard and anchor it to the aircraft.
  5. Hello, I live and work in Saudi, I fly very early on Friday mornings before it gets too hot (45c) with a couple of mates. I fly electric because it's so hard to get fuel here, no LHS, in fact no model shops at all where I am, everything has to be couriered in or carried on the aircraft, hence no fuel. I have a couple of beaten up PKZ Corsairs a new P47 and an unflown ST Model MX2 v2 (still getting it ready) I'm looking forward to contributing more on this site.
