As a newcomer to this forum, I flitted through the pages thinking this sounds like fun, I'm in! Maybe I shouldn't have read through the forum. I'm suprised and disappointed by the number of people who lost sight of the mass build aspect in favour of the mass fly in side. 'I have other priorities' say some. So, do them! And let those that want to be involved in a mass build get on with it without battling super egos. This is a hobby, and is supposed to be fun. All respect to BEB's patience, I'd have been bashing my head against a wall long ago !  The vintage stuff I've seen seems to be a simpler build than most modern kits/plans, so why can't the build run longside your propsed winter build? I haven't noticed a time limit being set as yet. I still intend to finish the Pinto, start and complete the Tiger Moth and have a crack at the 'oldie' for this build.......and yes I do work and the SWMBO still wants decorating doing, and there's the granddaughters dolls house to finish, and flying to be done.....just less telly that's all! Stop bleating fellah's and get stuck in !!

Almost finished a Stringbox from plan, just got to make the wheels and cover the plane. DB Tiger Moth kit next.
