Hi Danny, No problem. Not a hassle at all. We had a baby 18 weeks ago, she was 3 months early and weighed 505g (1lb 1oz) Glad to say she is now stable and gaining weight fast but has some lung problems which mean she will be in hospital for a good while longer (possibly 6 months) We will have all of the orders produced and sorted very shortly. Hi Guys, Yes, there does appear to be a problem with the site. I will get my guy to look into it. Just as a foot note - we are about to launch a new site with many more features built from scratch. You will be able to send all of the relevant info and pay by either PayPal or Worldpay and even check stock levels, track the progress of an order and then check the delivery status. This, I am hoping, will be more flexible and much more reliable. Masher - Sorry to hear you have had issues. Hi Danny, If you go to the second part of the checkout process - after entering your address - there is a message box to add details of extra decoration or you can email me with it once your have completed the purchase and I will manually add it to our job board. We still do kids sizes. It may be a good idea to just email your requirements and I will process it manually (and send a PayPal invoice or take payment by card over the phone) Thanks Phill

Pete, didn't you ever read the Penguin guide to photography, page 54. And I quote "if you don't have access to a professional photography studio, lighting and expensive DSLR camera then the dashboard of a filthy old van will do just as well. And if you don't have access to a camera then you can usually buy somthing from 300BC for only a few Pounds off eBay. Be careful to take special notice of the eBay photos of the camera in question to ensure they are also out of focus. Hi, Yes, I have set it up now so paypal is an option. I can send you a paypal invoice, you can call and pay over the phone by credit/debit card or I can forward the bank details for payment. I am happy either way. Thanks, Phill

Hi Dylan, There is an option on there to add extra lettering. If you want it on the same side as the logo it is at no extra charge. There are options in the drop downs. I will have a look to see what the problem may be adding to cart. Thanks Phill

Thanks Pete - We always aim to please! We are hoping to get to the show this year (maybe even with our trailer/mobile workshop) however our calendar has yest to be confirmed for 2014. Phill
