over here ......I'm beginning to get the hump!!

I'm at the finishing stage of a top flight sea fury kit and am trying to decide between glassing the wing and fuselage with standard epoxy or poly-C. I have no experience with either . I want to add panel lines and rivet detail etc. So whats best / easiest method and I know from years in this game that best and easiest are usually mutually exclusive. Thanks in advance

Saturday morming .. third flight with my Panic artf, battery topped up, controls all working correctly, minutes later decided to spin from on high.. gave it everything ..started to spin slowly, then for a few seconds very quickly, then slowly again and finally no control at all ..plane drifted into trees.. hanging there about thirty feet up my ex clubmates took delight in knocking it down with repeated direct hits with not -so-small branch pieces one of them even had a direct hit on a strut and knocked it cleanly off the model without breaking it! model eventually knocked to the ground..only damage is punctured covering and a broken engine mount even the propellor survived !!

Thanks Bob for the suggestion of alans models but the taube has been discontinued for some time now. Shame really as their kits were great without being too large or expensive

anyone know where I could get a flair TAUBE kit

guys there must be someone who can tell me what type of paint to use on a twin star two that wont need specialist equipment to apply or wont flake off after a week. O plan to use a US coast guard scheme

I fly with Roy over here in ireland and a more deserving winner you couldn't have. He's known as the "guru guinan" for his extensive knowledge of all things electric. This morning when we were all grounded by fog he was thrashing around his U-can -do foamie. We excused him for flying a model with a zipper!! lucky bugger
