Copidex is a good product and does good job, but as you were looking for an alternative I would like to suggest Epibond epoxy or Uralane polyurethane adhesives which can do good job, also I found a link where you find Adhesive suppliers.

Mostly pilot errors but also includes other reasons mentioned above ... instead of selecting one ... I would like to select three more options ...
