    Hi everyone can anyone tell me what type of connector this is its off my grandson’s helix it’s a 7.4 x 1500 mah he needs some spare batteries for it but can’t seem to find any with that connector.tia.

    Hi Paul thanks for the reply that is not the problem it’s the other end,the front end as it were it had a balsa ring fitted to the front end which fitted inside the cowl and was about 3/4 x 3/4

    Hi Allan The material is aluminium and yes the front is a plug that is meant to fit into the cowl when it’s screwed together I mentioned balsa because the one that came out was made from balsa.

    Hi Everyone anyone got a starting point for this carb I have cleaned it needle valve is fine it runs up to ull revs but as I comedown to about quarter throttle it slowly dies can’t get it to tick over.

    Hi everyone I have a webra 40 in a plane that I have just got on running it up it dies on full throttle if I close it down to half throttle runs fine adjusting the main needle valve makes no difference could it be the mixture screw would it be to rich or weak.

    Outrunner I have done that but obviously the throttle now closes when it should be open.

    Well Frank it’s opening the throttle instead of closing it.

    Thanks guys for all your comments I sorted it retapped it to 3.5mm used a screw from a 15 amp choc block works a treat.
