Also put a Mobius HD cam on Steve Haughty's L39...you'll see me whizzing past in my Futura at ~200mph if you watch if 1080P in full screen mode...

Really was a great show this year except obviously for the losses of the Extra, helis and warbirds in the Horizon slot. The canopy on my Euro departed early on my first flight so the gremlins nearly got to me as well. My subsequent 2 flights of my 'angry bird' Futura were very enjoyable. All in all a great start to the 2014 show season and looking forward to Long Marston in 2 weeks time. - Dom

On board high speed multi-angle jet flight

My Futura has been running for 3 years now...first version was electric with a 120mm EDF and 12S lipo setup. Flew but not quick enough so now got a K140 turbine which pushes out 30lbs thrust. Camera used is a Mobius. Takes 1280HD vid at 30FPS. Costs a fraction of the GoPro cams at about £45 from Hong Kong off eBay. I'll be flying the Futura it at Blackbushe Model Airshow on Saturday 17th May... Thanks for the Welcome and compliments - Dom -
