    Agreed - and the offence is created when the pilot flies his aircraft outside LOS. In that way, putting a camera that is not being used to control the aircraft and operating the craft within LOS would not be in violation of the rules. Edited By Paul Smith 223 on 30/08/2017 10:09:11

    Ditto! I was at West Lodge Farm, Desborough with the grandkids at 13.57 when it flew right over us! I got some lovely pictures as I had my Nikon with zoom lens on and I captured the starboard VM-T side of the aircraft. And this is my first ever post on this site although I have lurked for some years!
