dave I have a very similar problem. It says the code has already been used but i can not see any of the magazines just a free one i got last year. This website says i have a valid subscription now (new subscription was going to start with march issue for some reason) : But still no gift ; no jan magazine and no digital new issues. I can now see the old issues. When will feb mag due to arrive? I have contacted pocketmags but no reply. What sould i do? Maybe i should cancel my subscription and start again!

Having recently returned to the hobby. I can certainly say that the wider the coverage of the magazine the better. I can remebmer back in the late 1970's the magazine had both electronic projects and "model Car" content. Spin offs are fine but the title of this mag is Radio Controled Modeller and Electronics and not model planes.

beth I am still missing the July and AUG issues. which now makes 3 out of 10 not a very good performance plus they come very late. Still not got the special. As for my subscription gift that never came. When i asked about this i was told my mother had got a special discounted price but she did not she paid the full price for a normal subscription. It was hard enough to get her to gift me my subcription in the first place. So i am not going to cancel it and resubcribe to get my gift and digital issues. I hope you can help me. You are lucky i never got my free gift when i initially subscribed. Before you say i got a discount value again, NO I DID NOT. This subscription was a gift from my mother so it was not possible to get it resolved without cancelling it and her geting the money back and re-ordering. Guess what, will i be renewing ? Never. Also some magazines arrive very late or not at all. It has cost me more to buy subscription + missing magazines than just buying them all from my local shop.

I am too having problems with my gift subscription. I got a subscription for XMAS but no gift arrived. When i asked about it was told that i did not get one. The person who gave me the subscription paid the full amount and i should have got either the transmitter mit or the sim depending on when they did it. Was told the reason was because they did not pay the full amount but this is not not true. So i now have a print only sub not a print and digital (which i wanted) and no gift not impressed. If i cancel the money goes back to person who gave me the gift. So i can not even pay the upgrade. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.   Edited By Pete B - Moderator on 20/02/2015 13:56:10
