Hi I have the RealFlight G3 which I have used to re-train after 30years abscence from R/C flying. It is very realistic if you set the wind and turbulance settings and use the TX included. I thought it was a bit pricy but if I had gone down the route of purchasing a trainer its about the same if not cheaper(crashing costs nothing on a sim). I was able to fly my Ripmax Spitfire no problem after several hours on the sim. The helicopters on the sim are fun although I often crash them :-) I would encourage every R/C flyer with a PC to purchase a good quality sim well worth the money in my opinion. Regards Kelvin.

Hi Made my first flight with my Ripmax Spitfire 30 years since my last flight with a R/C aeroplane(see my Ripmax Spitfire thread in the gallery). what a buzz did a bit of re-training using the Real Flight simulator on the PC and of I went. Made a 5 min flight lovely model even did a couple of loops and of course a victory roll,very scale like with the standard 600 motor. I forgot to take my camera with me but hope to remember next time. Going to the model shop for a couple of extra battery packs for more flying time ( only down side of lecky flying so far). Nice to find RCM&E still going strong. Regards Kelvin West Yorkshire.
