This is my first IC model. So do you set the CofG with an empty or full tank? Can you feel the CG move as your tank empties in flight?

Thanks for the offer 'WolstonFlyer'. I'll have a look at those options. I haven't soldered before so might go with Mike's suggestion, and it also does multi protocols. Looks fairly straight forward to fit.

Thanks. Will order from uk Is anyone using a spectrum compatible dsmx module? Does it work well? The only ones I can find are orange on hobby king, but there all out of stock. Any where else I could get one? It's just for my umx (built in receiver) planes. Thanks.

Hi, lots of good info here. I'm going to order a Taranis . The "X9D Plus'' is the current version correct? I don't want to order the wrong model. Hobby king international or banggood seem to be the main options on where to order from. Is this where you ordered from? Have any of you had to pay import duty or other fees? Thanks.
