no. no help. i went back to the old DX6i that has a more detailed manual so i can get what i need-if using a vario that functions independent of which radio is being used. so much for telemetry built-in! i have the 'wonderful' DX6 G3 version in permanent storage. shame horizon for releasing radios that dont explain what is needed for using their products features. whats the point of having certain features if we cant use them for lack of detailed instructions? all that i got at the thread at rcgroups was an 'expert' from horizon (and many others) was talking me down for not being able to be 'intuitive' to experiment until finding the solution.

i see that there are differences between the new DX6 and its versions G2 and G3, so am starting this hopping will be discussed. and as i have a question regarding programming it, here i come, hopping again that some1 will be able to help: am trying to program it to have some 'down' trim when climbing. i fly electric gliders, and they increase the tendency to climb under power. so far i have learned that i start by getting into system setting i select a switch, enable it and i now can switch to any 3 positions. now i need to learn how to increase or decrease the amount of signal until reach the convenient amount. thanks

Posted by Chris Bott - Moderator on 16/06/2018 22:30:43: Phil your climbing under power problem has nothing to do with telemetry. If you start a new thread for that I'm sure you'll get more answers. Can we stay on topic here, please? right. how can i erase the post? and how can i start a new post? am new to this.
