Does uhu por have the necessary flexibility to create a hinge?

Seen in a YT video, for repairing foam model live moulded foam hinges "Homax Professional Clear Welder". Seems ok but has anyone used it? Any other glues? I have in the past used cartridge flexible adhesives of the "StixAll" type. Anything is easier than inserting pin hinges.

Did you try heating the epoxy with a heat gun? I usually find it peels off when softened with heat.

Has anyone done this using an frsky sbus receiver to control 7 channels on the Naza using 1 lead? I can get channels 1 to 5 and 7 working but 6 stays silent. There is tx output on all 7.. using the standard pcm connections with 7 servo leads all works.

Now sorted. Instead of the override special function Ethos uses the free mixer with its mixing function set to LOCK. This can set a locked condition on a particular channel according to, for example, a switch or button. I set up 2 free mixes to cause channels 10 and 11 to force to the required values when the panic button is pressed.

I am running Ethos on the X20 tx with a stabilised S8R Pro rx. I have the Rx setup. It does as expected in quick mode and advanced mode. Is there a way of using a momentary button as a panic button to get to self level from any other flight mode i.e. by overriding channels 11 and 10 to 0% and +100% respectively? Otherwise it means setting two 3 position switches to give self level mode. I knew how to set an override in OpenTx but it does not seem to exist as a special function in Ethos.

I can't get the airlink S to pair in Bluetooth with my android phone. It is found as frskybt and asks for a pairing password. I tried 0000 and 1234 but no pairing happens. Anyone know the code?

I have 2 YEP escs and need to program them I have a yep card which has 6 function menu options on the card then 7 more on a fold out menu. The trouble is when you first initialize the card are you on the first 6 or second 7 menu options?

No real solutions. I managed to get one set of original blades. I tried a set of blades from china but they are not the right thread. No I haven't tried adapting normal props. If you get a solution please let me know!

Yes I've ordered one from HK for under £10 with post but it will probably take a month to arrive.

I have ordered the new style card from hobbyking so it will be interesting to check. Annoyingly the new overlander 40 amp esc with a governor mode does not fit in the front space of the trex450 which is where the Plush-32 fits as it is 2mm wider. Looks like I will press on with the Plush-32 and no governor.

Thanks. Yes I have now found that out. I have the original type which is the one I bought for an overlander esc. It doesn't work on the Plush-32 ESC. I am coming to the conclusion that my plush 32 just has brake on/off from the tx.

Thanks Denis, I can get into programming mode now using the middle throttle, but I just get single beeps repeated. It never moves on to 2 beeps etc. How do you select each option and what is the sequence? Nothing on line seems to match this behaviour. Thanks also Piers and I have ordered a programming card.

Hi. I have a used trex 500 with flybar and align 750 gyro. Unknown esc but probably an Align 50amp, hopefully with governor. The confusing thing is a black signal lead from the negative of the flight battery which goes to an interrupt or contact below the main gear, then on to a connection on the forward end of the tail boom, then emerges at another contact at the tail rotor. I assume this is an rpm sensing system but there is no apparent connection to either the esc, gyro or receiver. Can someone please explain this setup?

It won't go into programming mode.. I power up with the throttle high, as per the instructions, and get 2 short beeps then nothing. If I then go to low throttle I get 2 beeps then 2 quick short beeps and the esc arms. This seems like calibration mode. How do I get it into programming mode?

Thanks for the advice. I had a feeling I didn't need negative pitch except at initial startup. Richard has sent me some sample kbar settings to experiment with and yes all blades are off.

As a beginner to cp helis I am setting up an align 450dfc flybarless with mini kbar with an frsky X20 tx running ethos and getting confused with the throttle pitch curve mixing. I know that with cp a constant head speed is needed from a flat throttle curve of about 75 pc and a pitch curve which is roughly -100 to 100 pc. But when the pitch channel is mixed to the throttle channel the pitch curve seems to be ignored. Would it make sense to just control throttle from a switch to give say 0, 75, 78 pc and have the pitch channel controlled just by the left stick independently?

I am hoping for advice on where to obtain a 40 amp esc for a trex 450. I have been recommended YEP but I can only find that on hobbyking. It has to be less than 30mm wide and have a governor mode.

I have had Radiomaster TX16S Frsky x10s and have now gone to X20. Worlds apart in quality over tx16s. You can use a 4 in 1 external module with X20. I think x18 is a lesser version
