This always confuses me for some reason I use a JR transmitter but most my models are a mix of futaba and hitec receivers. When buying new crystals i know i got to have a jr one in the tx but what about the rx's Do they have to be the same make as the tx or the same make as the rx? For example: JR tx crystal and jr rx crystal in a futaba rx or JR tx crystal but use a futaba crystal in a futaba rx Cheers for your help Dan

Thanks for all the replys guys, i check out the early posts and all seems to be well with the engine phsically Shaun thank you very much, im not sure why i went to a enya 3 since all my os engines have a os plug in. Thanks again Dan

I always drain fuel and surely it would stop after a while, not every flight

I have a new OS61 with a tuned pipe fitted to my panic. The engine runs fine with 1 1/2 ish turns on the carb and 15% fuel What does worry me is the amount of black/brown liquid that shoots out the other end. I dont know if this is related to the fact that at times the engine conks out. (i put this down to over a year old fuel and will be changing to technics 10% this week, it doesnt affect other planes though) I have a enya no.3 fitted aswell. It cant be beacause its a new engine as i have just fitted a new os 46 to another plane and it is a beauty to start and run. Cheers for your help Dan

It is a known fact that fun fighters are.....FUN. I think a nice list of kits and ARTF's available would be good. ModelTech i cant seem to find a uk distributer as the ARC mustang has a lot of the hard work done but still leaves the covering up to your own taste. I come from cornwall were funfighters are big especially in Redruth and now living in wiltshire i would like to start a trend here and maybe get some club stuff going on. Of course ARTFs are good as it gets you in the air quicker but i would still like to find a supplier for the ARC mustang and any other kits/ARTF's out there. Im sure there are more and would love some links The ones that i know of are.... KITS Cambrian Funfighters ARTF's GreatPlanes Corsair GreatPlanes Spitfire GreatPlanes P40 GreatPlanes Mustang ModelTech Mustang ModelTech Mustang ModelTech Mustang ModelTech 109 ARC ModelTech Mustang Regards Dan
