Peter 'Ivanna Crashalot' Savage
Just out of interest, opened up my dads '5 channel' receiver to find that there are printed circuit board holes for two other channels, so I set about soldering another three pin header pin onto it and it now has 6 channels! I don't have any working 7 channel transmitters at the moment so i can't test to see if the last channel actually works but I have a strong feeling it is so now I have access to two 7 channel receivers and enjoying my new FP-R107M! Brian Parker
It's probably just a generic board and it will not be populated for the full channel spec.
Peter 'Ivanna Crashalot' Savage
It just seems silly that for the price of some 0.1 inch pitch header strip (about 60p) you can get two free channels I wish they did that for some of the more expensive 2.4ghz receivers!!!
