Hamish
Went to my LMS to pick up some triangular section. Had the wood in my hand when I was asked to look at it and was it what I wanted. It was cut at 3 angles of 60 degrees and not 2 at 45 and one at 90. The problems they are having to explain this to there supplier. Having been sharpening my modeling skills I bought sheet balsa with the thought that I would just set a blade at 45 degrees and strip it down. Naw, not so easy. Grateful for any tips from the experienced balsa bashers on how to do it.
Pat (rActive) Harbord
Hi Hamish, lots of ways to do this have a look at this earlier threadEdited By Timbo - Administrator on 29/03/2010 23:37:
Hamish
Thanks rActive, You must have a better search engine than mine. For all the difference in weight I will just cut a square section.
Tim Mackey
Hamish the new search facility on the forum works well these days
Pat (rActive) Harbord
My pleasure, I found it because I remembered posting to it square is easier to deal with unless you have lots of formers that would need a square notch taking out. Good luck for the build.
