David Ashby - Moderator
Somebody left a similar thread Toby, we've got a model with a reviewer at the moment - just waiting to get it in the studio for photography so it should be along in print in an issue or two. scott cuppello
Go with the E-Flight Cub.....superb, also go with E-Flight recc motor, BUT, don't fit the prop! It's unscale like, in fact ballistic, use an 11x5", still too quick at full throttle to be honest, but slows down very nicely, quick take off.....'cos they are awful on the ground, especially in cross-winds [all Cubs that is]. 11x5" also nicely extends flight time, I use a 3600mAh 12C pack [so saving a few quid, by the way, 45A ESC].....it will stay up for 20mins! If you do go with it, then add some scale "bungies" to the UC, as they tend to splay with less than perfect landings, and if you are tempted by aerobatics [and she does do 'em well!], then beef up the battery tray mounts. If you want to see a nice photo of it, go to the Helger [the importer's] website, it really looks the part.
