You making new threads for each of your postings! Post your progress into the original thread you created then we can keep up with your progress! I am sure one of the mods will sort it out and put you in the right direction!

Thanks for the great photos of your Nimrod build Matt, but as Dusty says please stick with posting a single thread and replying to that thread if you want to add further posts.  I'm going to have to consult the gurus David and Tim on how to clean this up as I can't seem to merge your posts into one thread.

55" wingspan plenty of ribs.
I'm just posting pics of the build if anyone wants to get technical i'd be happy to answer any technical questions.

The insperation behind building my Hawker Nimrod was that this was one of the types of biplanes stationed on HMS Glorious in 1940,my Grandfather was lost on this ship when it was sunk by the German warship Scharnhorst off Norway June 8th 1940.
 
I think its an unusual choice of model for my first build, but I found that by just photocopying an old Westwings Hawker hart plan from 1/18 to 1/9th (no distortion I checked )shows how easy it is to upscale and modify a plan in to a new model.
Also canniblising an old Parkzone T29 Trojan for the electrics made it cheap to,
