Tony H
Hi Everyone, I just wanted to update you on the situation with Hobby King. On the 40th day from my original order they investigated where it was and declared it lost in the post and was just about to give me a 100% of the value of the order as a store credit, however the next day it turned up. So I emailed them and let them know (before I knew they gave me a full store credit ;-( ) . Anyway I tested my Lipos on the day I recieved them and one of them only had one of the 3 cells working!! so I emailed them again with about 4 photo's with the volt tester showing and one of the warranty code on the side of the battery, eventually they agreed it was faulty and gave me store credit for it's value. I then ordered some servos and small parts to the same value they despatched it that day and it took only 2 Weeks to arrived (ordered end of Jan) and all works fine. Finally!! we got there in the end, it hasn't put me off HK as they have been reasonable and I would order in the future (parts I don't need in a hurry). However I would keep my orders smaller next time and Lipos under 3000Mah and probably wouldn't order over the Christmas period again. Kozmyk
I let my HK order build up to make it worthwhile then always use EMS delivery option from Hong Kong. From the DE warehouse delivery options are less of a problem.
