Now it's time to put it back together I don't know how to set the timming, Ican't see any timming marks. Can anyone help please. Posted April 1, 2011 Share Posted April 1, 2011 hello david...done my OS 91 before so i Think that your ASP will be the same...have a look at the 'cam' for the tappets......that should have a 'dot' on that lines up with a mark on the cam housing when your piston is at TDC......sounds hard to do but is pretty easy...if i can do it..anybody can...... .. ken anderson ne..1.(tech dept) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have tried to put into action your comments the engine is running but tick over is hopless, it just stops dead. Is it possible to get the timming 180 degrees out?
