Seamus O'Leprosy
"Anyone know how I can obtain replacement springs for this model ? They are very small springs. I believe the size is 0.5x4x24. 8mm."Have you ever taken a cheap ciggie lighter apart the spring under the flint could be suitable.
ericrw
Being a non-smoker, no! But I will try that suggestion! Thanks, Eric.
Pete B
Try doing a search on 'springs' on the metalworking supplies section of Ebay, Eric. You can get one that's pretty close such as this 0.5 x 3.5 x 26 or buy a selection pack which should last years. I bought a couple of packs a couple of years ago and they've done everything from springing an E-Flite Cub u/c to fixing the clutch on my 48cc brushcutter!
