I've just had a look at the Liberty 182 manual on the Black Horse site
& you're absolutely right - it says 15mm up,15mm down.
Servos often do buzz a little at max deflection & usually this is acceptable
wthin reason.
Would be a good idea to program some expo in for the ailerons to soften the
control around neutral.Try around 40% for a start - you might want even more.

Ok Mr Bailey, the way I do it is centre the aileron, hold it in place with a couple of clothes pegs. Plug in the servo and let it find it's centre, 90degrees to the aileron Make up the rod Iike to screw the clevis down about half way. Trim up the servo end to allow for your white keeper. If things go slightly wrong
adjustments can be done at the clevis end.

Thanks seamus, you had me worried for a moment that my photos had gone i can send some more as i need the practice i think every ones had a enough of my alierons i know i have.
I did remove the hinges that came with the kit i dont know what they call them they absorb the ca glue, i found they made the hinge very stiff i think that was causing the servos to flutter and buzz or icould have put to much ca on them, have now removed them and put mylar hinges on so much better no flutter or buzz, could of had the model finished the time its taken to me to sort this out, if im not happy with the set up im not going to be confident with flying it .

Thanks to every one regarding my job its buissness as usual at the moment .
Dave.

Hi David,
Well done for sorting out the hinges - you did exactly the right thing
to sort 'em out if you weren't happy with them.
Just one thing with mylar hinges - they should really be pinned as well
for extra security as they can easily come adrift (I've had this happen)
A bit of cocktail stick is ideal.
Drill through the aileron & hinge from underneath to just passed halfway -
through the hinge put try not to come through the top.
Push in the bit of stick & secure with a drop of CA.

That's good news about your job.
