Codename-John Posted July 20, 2012 Share Posted July 20, 2012 Ive had mine now, like you say the canopy hatch is gash ill have to use elastic bands for now until i find a better solution, also theres not much room to put RX, battery and the esc in that little cockpit space without fouling the servo`s or pushrods with anything is there, havent maidened it yet but its more or less ready for tomorrow Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Olly P Posted July 20, 2012 Author Share Posted July 20, 2012 John - I have used a Slec Catch and put a hole in the top. very secure. If I still had the original canopy I'd do that, then cut that lump off the front it uses as a securing point and hinge it - that'll add space, I'd also hollow the canopy underside and Poly C the outside to make it strong enough.
