Tony Forrest Posted May 26, 2012 Share Posted May 26, 2012 Hi there, I have just broken the motor shaft of my Multiplex Fun Cub. Does anyone know if I can replace the shaft or do I need a new motor. I don't want to buy a whole new power set, but also want a motor ideally that fits the stock motor mount in the model. Any idea or suggestions. Jon Laughton Posted May 26, 2012 Share Posted May 26, 2012 Hi Tony Yes you can get new shafts - measure the diammeter and contact model shops by email with taht infor and the motor description. I have done the same thing with a Multiplex model recently and Leeds model shop are helping me out (on the web as 'modelshopleeds'. You can replace the shaft.
