Simon B
I've had 3 'flights' with this and due to the very high wing loading its tendency to tip stall is something else. I've been doing some research online and it seems to be a common problem. Does anyone have any experience with this model and how to improve the problem? There doesn't appear to be much/any washout. I've repaired the firewall twice and getting a bit fed up. Much more of this and it's getting burnt...I've flown other tapered wing warbirds and had more success Edited By Simon B on 06/04/2013 23:15:
stuey
If the ailerons are outboard ie near the tips rather than strip ailerons this might help. Adjust the aileron linkages so the aileron is sticking up a couple of mm each side, effectively giving a little washout. Might be worth a go! Simon B
Yeah that was next on my list of things to try. I had one proper flight with it, so it will fly, but i'm just concerned i'll lose it on a landing again. Fingers crossed!
