Plenty of books on both, theory, control in flight and construction but if you are really interested in learning how to fly a model aeroplane safely and what the equipment looks like, a visit to a good club and a chat with their members is a good start. Also consider looking at a few flight simulators, to practice with, there are some very good free ones on the 'net, but you will need a 'transmitter' and link of some sort.

Hi Chris

Thanks for info.

I'm a member of a club already. Got all the gear, no what i am interested in now is learning the building side of the sport. I would love to be able to build something like a 'taylorcraft' or a 'piper', you know the good old ones.
