Brisca624 Posted August 26, 2013 Share Posted August 26, 2013 Hope somebody can help me.I am unable to open my digital mags since useing microsoft 8 on a surface rt tablet.It sais get addobe flash.But i have flash and it works on videos ect.Also when i log in it won't remember me even though i tick the box. Pete B Posted August 26, 2013 Share Posted August 26, 2013 Hi Brisca, Unfortunately there seem to be a lot of permutations available for digital mags now - archive, on-line, downloadable...and it's certainly confusing at least one mod.... I can only point you to the digital subscribers FAQ's here and the Pocketmags Help Page here If they don't resolve the problem, you could ring the Subs people tomorrow, perhaps?
