Plummet Posted March 25, 2014 Share Posted March 25, 2014 Judging by the pictures I have just googled the wing is held on by elastic bands going round one peg at the front of the wing. This means that a lot of force is concentrated there. The band will tend to cut un there weakening it further. Perhaps all that is needed is a strip of ply glued to the leading edge of the centre section to spread the load of the elastic. Or have I been looking at the wrong pictures?
