Well, the barn also comes with 7 acres of ground which includes a nice hill facing East just calling for me to chuck a foamie off And only 10 mins drive from my home. Phil May Posted April 16, 2014 Author Share Posted April 16, 2014 It's a listed building so he had all the trouble of going through Cadw to get planning permission granted, but he got there in the end.
