Martyn K
A few photos from yesterday. It was quite a warm but breezy day - wind gusting to about 20mph but usually just less than 10mph. Quite breezy above 200 feet though.. (judging by the speed models were disappearing downwind). The good news was that it was straight down the strip. I had a couple of camera problem - so not quite as many photos as usual. Here you go - annotated if I think I can put something sensible in.. Post pilots briefing group shot (with a few camera shy individuals missing). Paul Jefferies Steve Dunning's Supra Fly and new Adagio with OS 61 Hanno Special. Incredible vertical performance Classic Astro Hog from the original 1958 Fredd Dunn plan. Paul Jefferies Eddy Scott's Adagio Martin Fox with Graham's Joker Joker in flight Sorry - forgot to note whose or what this is.. Christian's (I think) Challenger And in flight.. Martin Fox's Lightning.. A superb day... a few more will appear on the UKCAA website and on Facebook. Best wishes Martyn Edited By Martyn K on 19/05/2014 14:42:
Bob Cotsford
Looks like you had an excellent day out. Is the mystery model a Taurus?
Steve Dunning
Yes it is a Taurus and was built by Kelvin Petrie from Newcastle.
